Good value for money, quite close to the city center (10 min walking distance) but price wise cheaper (and better quality) than other hotels we stayed before in Reims. The hotel is being renovated, we have stayed in rooms that were already re-done, quite a nice change vs previous plastic design… The stuff was super nice! I forgot some personal items in the room, the stuff contacted me immediately and sent me back my things.

Good location 5 minute easy walk from the centre of the city. Helpful staff and generally a good experience. Nice sized room and the bed and pillows were lovely and comfy. Good hot shower and excellent water pressure. There is a kettle and coffee, tea in the room which was handy. The underground car park was excellent and useful as parking is tricky otherwise. We booked a spot before we arrived. There was a Q7 in there for size reference, although it is quite cosy!

If I would have known upfront they were renovating I would not have booked and that would have been a mistake. We had a renovated room, very comfortable, very good bed, everything new. Location is close to town centre. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean and modern room with great view of the Cathedral. Friendly and helpful staff even though my reservation (done via booking.com) wasn't in their system for some reason when I checked in.

Nice breakfast; comfortable room and beds. Staff was very helpful and friendly, Nice lounge/bar near entrance. Would stay here again if we ever come to Reims. In walking distance to main attractions in Reims.

Large hotel with good basic facilities, close to the center. We did not take the breakfast so cannot judge that.

The room was really good and spacious enough for the family of 3. I really liked that an extra bed was a normal one, full-sized with the same height as the main bed. Also I liked that shower and toilet were separated, it is really convenient. The location is also good, very close to the Cathedral and the main tourist attractions.

Very dog friendly, great rooms great area - friendly and helpful folk. Would stay again. Visited Christmas market - 20 mins walk - and listened to the football just across the river both great fun. Breakfast and evening salad buffet are great.

Very polite staff. We stayed in a completely renovated room, everything was brand new. Within walking distance of the city centre. We were very happy to have chosen this hotel despite the renovations.
